Unresistable Damage or Oblivion Damage - useful

Hello,
Using a Glyph of Decrease Health is supposed to give unresistable damage (Oblivion damage) - does this mean it is not affected by Pen or Armor? Or any other resistances?
"Deals Oblivion Damage based on a portion of the enemy's Max Health."
Is this of any value in PvP or meh? PVE?
Guessing PvP is more burst damage (non weapon)?

✭✭✭✭Oblivion damage is irresistible. It can't be blocked, shielded, or otherwise mitigated.
That's also why there's a cap on it at max HP and it's downscaled considerably below max HP. With battlespirit, it's cut even further.
So, no, not since original Knight Slayer/Sloads am I aware of anyone using Oblivion damage with any greater result than any other damage type.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

On my duel wield bar I run 1 oblivion and 1 disease.
Sometimes I run a 2h instead, in which case I run 1 oblivion glyph.
And yes, it works quite well.I drink and I stream things.0 -

The only glyph that goes through defense is oblivion. The reason why I don't run 2 oblivions is the way cooldowns work.I drink and I stream things.1
