Character crashes game on login, repeatedly.

PSN name OMC-PICASSO, character name Saigoodbi Picasso

This toon is stuck in Reapers March. I was just riding my mount and the game crashed. Now I can’t log into the character. I tried numerous times and every time it crashes the game. PS5 “enhanced” version. Please advise what I should do now.

    So, with no help or suggestions from this forum. I decided to try booting up the game on my PS4.

    The character loaded fine, and I was able to continue playing it. I will post back if I have any further problems with it. The problem is most likely with the Enhanced PS5 version only.

    We have recieved multiple reports of crashes on the PS5 since the console enhancement patch. As there are now multiple threads reporting these crashes we've decided to close this thread. You can still continue discussion and find troubleshooting in the thread linked below.
