Missing items with my preorder!

I received my preorder mount but not my combative pet. I submitted a ticket 210611-001548 but the last response I receive when I submitted my ticket is that eso will not respond to me directly and thank you for the awareness. Sorry but I bought the preorder and I should get my items that I paid for!!! That isn’t a good enough response for a paying customer, especially an eso member for three years and I spend well over thousands of dollars on this game!
