Dead Guild question

Hello,
I cant use the Support function on the web page as it keeps loading as "Page not found" so I'll try here. There is a guild I made during release called Legion Of Azura (PC NA). I can't find it anywhere in game so it may be dead. What can be done to:
A: Confirm it is dead
B: Regain GM role if this is the case
