In every Chapter/DLC, their Notable House were released 3 or 4 month later (as you can see recently with Greymoor and Markath if you investigages the dates to check). It's too much to wait...
ZOS if you read this, you have to stop this marketing strategy. If you really want our money, release them in the next month maximum. Because of this, our hype get tired until disinterestedness.

I never understood Bethesda's marketing strategy. You would think they would sell more homes while there is excitement for a new DLC. 3 or 4 months from now the excitement will dissipate and you will get less buyers. I can understand if they were still working on these homes, but did the Markath and Greymoor homes change during this waiting cycle?

Releasing them mid excitement is actually a bit of a waste. They've already hooked the players with the new chapter. And in a few months, they will hook them again with the house. It's a pretty smart release strategy because it strings out player engagement over the course of the year rather than just for the chapter release.

I can understand a month, maybe 2, but in 3 or 4 months or all you are only going to get is the die hard house hunters; You will loose the impulse buy.
