Number pad buttons on mouse not working (Corsair Scimitar Pro)

Hello,

The number pad on my mouse no longer works in ESO with the Blackwood update.

I have restarted the PC, disabled all addons in game, restarted the ICue software (mouse software), rebuilt the profile for the mouse, and even reinstalled the mouse software - none of the number pad button on the side of the mouse work in Blackwood.

This is constant for all characters I log in to.

What changed to disable mouse inputs in the game? How do I get this working again?

I find it extremely uncomfortable to use the number buttons on the keyboard as I have joint and wrist issues, so this isn't just a convenience thing.

In the mouse software, have you tried changing the keybinding that each of the number buttons on the mouse are set to?

Have you tried testing the side mouse buttons in other games or programs?

I have the Scimitar RGB Elite. Not the same mouse, but a close cousin. No problems here.

Have you tried unplugging the mouse to remove all power? The above does not specifically mention that, but it might just be hung up and require a hard reboot.

Additionally... just to make sure... no other mouse hardware plugged into the computer?
