Is there a flooring furnishing where ground based AOE works properly?

Pretty much as per the title: Is there a flooring furnishing where ground based AOE works properly?

I'd like to place a target dummy up on a platform of some sort - everything I have tried creates a problem where ground-based AOE such as Daedric Tombs or Unstable Wall of Elements (etc.) do not work properly.

Anyone know of any flooring / platform where the ground-based skills appear on the structure instead of disappearing through it to the ground below ?

    There is NO platform or flooring of any kind that AOE's will work on, for that you have to stick to the original terrain.
    DPS player, not big on PVP but will do it. Love the homestead part of the game, spend a lot of time decorating places.
