Why didn't the 30-day campaign reset?

Every other time a new DLC / update has dropped, the (PC/NA) 30-day campaign reset. It doesn't appear to have done so for the Blackwood launch.
Doesn't really seem fair to the 2nd and 3rd place factions: If they thought the campaign was basically over for the last week or so, they likely would have made different strategy decisions than if they thought there was still 2-3 weeks left?

✭Thats a great question. It always did in the past, got a shiny new name and restarted. I don't care much about it because of the points, but because I hoped I could swap to another alliance earlier since big parts of the Guild I am in swapped to another alliance after I was sadly already locked.PC|EU0 -

✭✭✭They only reset when they make major pvp changes or change the campaign names which are only about once a year, not every dlc.
