If ZOS cannot/will not support cross-play, then at least support a transfer. If they're unable to do a transfer, then at least share the Crown items across platform accounts.
An account link that is handled on the ESO website so you may link your XB to PS, PS to PC, and XB to PC one time each. Crown items you earn on one account is shared to your other two linked platform accounts. That way, if you'd rather play on your new PS5 instead of your PC, you won't lose the real dollar investments. You can only link one PC account, one XB account and one PS account A SINGLE TIME to keep abuse to an absolute minimum.

ZOS can reduce player account inventory and progress down to a text file if they have to and rebuild send it to from console to the PC servers to reconstruct for an automated migration if it's so complicated. The truth is, they won't because it's a lot more lucrative to force consumers to pay for the same intellectual property again whenever they want to play with their friends on another platform.
Full stop. It's a racket.

The amount of money we the customers have spent on you should give us quality

Not everyone can afford a gaming pc, & if you have a family with children, then a console becomes the ‘superior’ option.
I mean honestly sometimes PC version just feels like a beta release too. There are plenty of issues on PC that don't get addressed, or take weeks or months or years to get taken care of. That being said, it isn't exactly ZOS' fault if someone bought the game for any given platform, and buying it on <x> or <y> doesn't give you the inherent right to play it on another platform.Snowstrider wrote: »Seriously just admit that the console version still feels like a beta version of the game and do your customers justice by giving us a account transfer/merger or crossplay with PC or do you think its fair to us who have spent so much time and money? This is not even remotely true for a lot of people. Many players have hundreds or thousands of hours and dozens and dozens of achievements, any number of things like Motifs, Blueprints, or Style pages, any number of Collectibles including rare drops from Crates, Twitch Streams, etc, or Collectibles that are no longer available, any number of Houses...just make a new account lol I'm on pc and have 3 different accounts its not a hard game to progress in and if its about your cosmetics/crowns there's alot of people trading crowns for gold on pc and its not against tos i don't think
No offense, but I don't want to play with pc. They have way more advantages than us and it'd be really unfair.

Gaming pc can be cheaper than a console and twice as powerful.

Crossplay prolly won't work due to addon advantage, but I have nothing against console players getting the ability to transfer to PC. I would even prefer if they shutdown console servers completely so they can focus development back on a single platform.
The game legit runs like a beta version on console plus the inability to use addons makes the gaming experience there absolutely terrible if you have the contrast to PC. It was simply made as a cashgrab and not to focus on making a great console game.
