Server roll backs and disconnects (EU)

In PvP, my guildes and I are experiencing a lot of server rollbacks (placing you back several meters after a loading screen). When are you (ZOS) going to upgrade the servers to run normally? All the time I have supported this game with ESO+ (also when it was a subscription model). Ever since launch, I have not seen that the servers have improved. So, my question: when are you planning to improve the servers (hardware)?

✭✭✭✭✭My recollection (which is often not as reliable as I think it is) is that they did ssy they'll be upgrading the servers-- but did not specify a timeframe for when that would happen.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
