Can someone from zos actually confirm when luxury vendor leaves. I thought it was the same as golden 10 am est Monday morning. But it was gone way before that this week. Internet gives conflicting info. Some say 8pm est Sunday night and others say 12 pm est Monday. I find both of these incorrect.
