The previous two major bank holidays (Easter Monday, Early May) had no maintenance scheduled the Monday before; in the UK at least we are headed towards another bank holiday Monday (31st of May) and today there is no maintenance.

✭✭✭✭✭Sure they would. Why not? When I played WoW and RIFT we got regular downtime on holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day etc. I don't know what those games do now - haven't played either of them in years now.
Of course, I didn't play MMOs when I was working because I knew better, and now that I'm retired it never matters to me when downtime is.2 -
