Shadowfen 61/62 *The Answer*

I had been having a problem with having 61/62 quests completed in Shadowfen, but not being able to find a quest to do anywhere, even after hours of searching every possible place in that area. I sent multiple tickets to support, but all they all came back to me telling me keep looking because there were no known bugs. Well, I kept on keepin' on and my perseverance payed off!
So to all of you facing the 61/62 quests completed problem, here is your official answer from my support ticket:
"I apologize for the issue with not being able to find the last quests to complete your achievement in Shadowfen. Upon looking into the issue, I have pinpointed the cause of the problem. As it stands, there is a known issue with a quest called "Eyes of the Enemy". The issue is, those who completed the quest "Getting to the Truth" and then went straight to the quest "Trail of the Skin-Stealer" were not able to pick up the quest "Eyes of the Enemy". For some reason, Trail of the Skin-Stealer is blocking access to the quest Eyes of the Enemy. We, however, are looking into this issue and will have a fix available very soon! So for now, feel free to explore other parts of the game and seek other achievements. By the time you come back, the bug will most likely be squashed!"
**KEEP IN MIND** If you did do the quests in the intended order you may just be missing one of those out of the way quests that you can indeed find. But for those of you that did the quests like me, rest easy knowing they will now acknowledge the problem!

Sadae✭✭✭"Eyes of the Enemy" is only one of the skippable quests, and already well known about. There are several others as well. Although it's POSSIBLE to get 62 quests if you manage not to skip the skippable quests, it's also possible to get only 58 quests and have no more quest markers if you managed to skip over a lot of skippable quests.
People keep on thinking they've found the magic missing quest, but they haven't. Many people can verify they have ALL quests possible to get, including every single hard-to-find one people keep bringing up, but they are missing several "introductory" quests that are skippable if you go straight to the next step. I have screenshots to back up my case, and have already explained all this in detail several times.
Even having done the group dungeon I am stuck at 60/62, and nothing is going to change that until we get a PROPER fix, and this one quest alone won't do it. If the devs think this is the only problem quest and only fix this one, then there is going to be a LOT of rage! They need to lower the required count, or else give everybody credit for all skipped quests.0
