Forgot to mention. I checked the Lost Treasure add-on, the X's are to big. I'm hoping for something the size of the resource node icons in the HarvestMap add-on.

You might want to check "Lost Treasure" addon.

It marks a location of a treasure chest on your map, as long as you have treasure map in your inventory. As for the "saving" location once you find treasure chest, I dont think it does that. I think it only shows where the treasure chest is only if you can actually dig it up (you have a treasure map in your inventory) which makes sense .
This addon also shows crafting survey locations.

The other addon that does something similar is Map Pins

I mentioned I already looked at a screenshot of the Lot Treasure add-on. The red X's are so big I would still wander a bit since the treasure dirt piles don't glow like with Antiquities, and can still be hard to find depending on location and the lighting. I was hoping for an icon small and precise like that blue square you can put on and off your map.
