Cannot enter access code anywhere on the login screen of the website

I've tried Chrome and Firefox countless times. I have an endless list of access codes your system sent to me, but I have no way to enter them anywhere on the site because there's no prompt.

Your FAQ "If your code is not working on the website" doesn't apply to my situation. For my case, there's NO place on the login page on your website to enter the access code I receive via email.

Please help.

I feel like I'm in an endless loop.

    1. https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/login#content-primary
    2. Enter my account credentials
    3. Receive access code email
    4. Cannot enter access code anywhere
    5. Go back to step #1 and try for a different result.

Note, clicking on Account from the ESO launcher takes me to the above URL.

Are you trying to log into the account website? Yes.

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies before attempting the login? Yes. Many times. Also including LocalStorage cookies. I also tried on numerous browsers: Edge, Firefox, Brave, Chrome, SeaMonkey, Blisk. All show the same results. There is NO field to enter the access code that I receive in my inbox.

As I've stated before, I cannot log into the account website. There's no form field on the login page to enter the access code.

I also tried Chrome incognito with NO extensions. Same issue: no form field to enter the access code I receive via email.

I brought up Chrome's DevTool and searched in the Elements tab for "access code" thinking perhaps the field might be hidden with CSS. It does not exist.

This is what I see? the login page on the right is what I see after clicking the "Sign In" button and receiving the access code email.

Where do I enter access codes on the login page?

After entering your username and password and clicking "SIGN IN" there should be a pop-up window which will ask for the access code that has been emailed to you. Please make sure youdo not have pop-up windows disabled.

    I have NO popup blockers.

There's nothing in the address bar that would indicated the browser blocked any popups.

I looked at the HTML in the Elements tab of the Devtool and not one HTML node changed so that's how I know a popup was never created. But typically if a popup is created the HTML get insert near the </body></html> closing tags. Nothing there either.

I get what your saying, but I'm saying the HTML popup doesn't exist and the website never creates it. This happens in every browser, so it cannot be popup blocker related.

Thanks for the update on what you've found with the HTML.

Do you have another computer or device you can try logging in from to see if this issue persists?
