Please ZOS, consider finally releasing this style! It's bad enough that you have Short Mussed Wave in the generic NPC rotation for the Jester's Fest and on Chef Donolon so we've see it constantly since March, but now we're going to be surrounded by everyone's companions and his unavailable hairstyle... that can't be hidden because companions can't wear hats. I also can't help but notice there are a lot of Blackwood NPCs wearing it as well.

I get that you want to make him unique, but his hairstyle has been in gave for over 5 years now (and even made it to PTS) but never released; his armor is Ancestral Breton, which has been in game since the Markarth prologue but we don't know when that's coming; and even his tattoos are from an old crate season. It's bordering on cruel to your character creation/fashion focused players to have them constantly bombarded by cosmetics that are completely unavailable. At least Mirri's hairstyle is basegame and her armor (True-Sworn) is inbound, but the same can't be said of Basti's.

As to his character though, I did like his intro quest and I just wanted to give him a hug. I will be very happy to quest with him, assuming I can make him a competent DPS for my tank
