Whenever I try to log out - it quits the whole game.

Whenever I try to log out to the character screen to switch to another character, instead of logging out the game does a full quit and I have to log back into the game. Occasionally when this happens I see the message "FAILED" TRACKER TEXT" before it quits. It also doesn't happen every single time, but I'd say at least 7 out of 10 times.
