Muted - Can't use Guild Vendors-Trade

Trying to get information on the following ticket
Ticket 210416-003888

Why would my account be muted, I have used no mass mailing addons never talk in zone chat guild chat or whispers with the exception of asking legit questions about the game.
Not one warning regarding any incident, it has been three days, one of those me troubleshooting by disabling all addons and asking around as to what might be going on.

I did sell crowns but it was my understanding that this was legit and no punitive actions are taken for selling crowns for in game gold.

Could I at least get a response, reading through the threads some people have had to wait 10 days, this sounds like something is drastically wrong with the support system or for how accounts are muted if this is automatic.

    Any possible update on this?

    What I feel has essentially happened is I have spent cash on a transaction purchasing Crowns, I sold the value of these crowns in the form of a gift to another player, I was then muted from being able to do anything with that in game gold therefore you are holding this money ransom? Is this an ongoing practice? I don't get it.

    It sounds to me like a social ban, which are usually temporary and can be triggered by a variety of things, some of which aren't even a problem. Based on what I've seen from other people with social bans, you're doing the right thing by working through it with Support. Hope it gets resolved soon!

    Thanks, hopefully it gets resolved but reading through the forums does not fill me with confidence in the support system. I think I've chatted in Zone 3 times since this game has come out so don't believe that's it. Just not a fan of being penalized for nothing, also the prospect of never finding out what caused it as in some of the cases I've seen.

    Don't feel bad my whole house got social ban we got the last of the 3 accounts unbanned 4 days ago now guess what social banned again i dunno what is going on but this needs to stop.
