companion and offline?

while doing a 4 man dungeon, if someone go offline, can we pop up the companion till he get back?
or we will have to kick that person out to be able to do so...
so many times we wait and wait and wait...

    From what I read, having a companion in the group would still be like having only three players. They die fast and do not do much damage.

    Still, good question as companions may get stronger.

    In the dev stream, they said that a companion will automatically be dismissed if someone joins when there's no room in the group. Haven't tested that on PTS tho

    i feel you won't be able to summon a companion and give some times to the offline person to get back it... that would be too much works to implements ;(

    Depends on whether the system looks for party sizer or who is in the instance.

    If it looks for party size only, then no.
