Can you use steam money to buy crowns for windows version? like i have money on steam and could use crowns but only have windows launcher version...can i do this or no?

If you tangle your account up with Steam, you could. I think.

But, don't do that. Steam does not enhance this game in any way, and can cause irritating problems with logging into the game from time to time (rare, but annoying when they happen)

You have to own a copy of the Steam version of Elder Scrolls Online to be able to purchase Crowns through Steam.
If you buy the game through Steam and link it to your ESO account through the ESO Account Page theeen yes you could.
I play the game through Steam and can flip flop between buying Crowns through Steam or the ESO website itself if need be by just owning the Steam version.
