Any tricks to permasprint a horse?

cisadanepajsuxrwb17_ESO
Im not sure where to put this but since horse riding is most prevalent in cyrodiil, perhaps some of you can help me. I use the default SHIFT keybind to sprint, and I use 3 fingers exclusively for WASD movement, as per normal standard. Now, I tend to use my pinkie to hold that darn SHIFT button to run, and holding shift for hours on end can be.........tiring

Is there any tips or shortcuts to make this physically less annoying? The perfect solution would be an autosprint button but it looks like thats not gonna happen

Auto-run + a separately programmed Sprint key; control direction with mouse?

I have a Razer Nostromo, so I have some difficulty relating to keyboard issues.

The autorun bit is fine, and yes i can change the sprint key to any other key on the keyboard, but you still do have to press it down all the time to keep the horse running right? Thats what I dont really wanna do. My ideal would be to press one button to automatically run AND sprint, without actually needing to keep pressing that button to sprint

    1. You could change from WASD to NumPad keybinds. Never understood why people insist on breaking their fingers on a WASD setup. Not to mention it's much easier to hit the wrong key in WASD since they do not have distinct physical placement the NumPad setup has.

So what I have is arrow keys for movement, Enter key for sprint and I use my ring finger to keep it pressed. Feels more natural and I never feel my fingers getting tired.

    2. Relax your hand. In PvP we get tense situations, so we tend to really press down on keys, jump in the chair etc. Most of the time you're not aware you're doing this. If your hands are getting tired, that means you're pressing keys too hard. Obviously there is no need for that.

    3. Wait for a bug fix which will remove perma-sprint from horses. ;)
