Issues with Personal Assistant

I'm having issues with the set up of PA, Banking Assistant.
Settings I chance under the Special Items don't seem to work.
Enable Auto Banking for Special Items is tougled On.
Items such as Survey Reports are not being moved, while key fragments do get moved (most of the time).
Am I doing something wrong?

Make sure that your setting in Lazy Writ Crafter are disabled
