House Furnishing Question - Hope of Rivenspire (Lampost) No Longer for Sale?

I went to buy few more of these home furnishings from Lozotusk in Shornhelm. Completed the quest a few years ago. I no longer see this item in the for-sale item list. Were these a 1 time only, or short-term sale item? Last post found about this item was from 2018.
Hoping some NPC, somewhere in Tamriel, sells them.
