Werewolf Tree - How to Balance

Thought about this for a while and these are my ideas. Currently, due to the fact its so short and the ultimate reset bug is so obnoxious I'm proposing a way to balance the WW and make it.. well more wolfy, less ***.

Ultimate Charge is currently just under 1000, lower it by 20%, so 800-780. (Werewolves in Lore can turn whenever they want, should not be restricted by ultimate in the first place but balance.. so :\ )

Damage done by melee attacks is increased by 50%
Remove negative posion resist all together or lower it. (Due to the one below this)
Damage recieved from all attacks is increased by 50%

Devour - Do not shorten the animation, remove the cooldown, so you can stay in WW form as long as you please, but only if there is a FRESH supply of corpses, meaning you killed them, not someone else. Also, due to the increased damage taken, devour gives you a 5% dmg resistance on everything that stacks 5 times for 20 seconds. Removing half the negative damage resistance.

Pounce - Perfectly fine the way it is.
Roar - Perfectly fine the way it is.

The passives are in general fine, pretty neat actually. Though I personally would prefer adding something that increases the melee damage by 2.5% and has two points so you can get 55% total.

As far as the animation and model goes, for gods sake this isnt Tom and Jerry (No offense to the designers) I do like the model, tail could be a little less fluffy and the overall beast could be more menacing, also make it more muscular. Like the werewolves from Underworld, just more fur, didn't like how they were so hairless. AND MAKE IT RUN ON ALL FOURS! Do you know how ridiculous it looks when sprinting right now? Its like me running to the bathroom when I'm about to crap my pants :p

And by the nine! Make it so the fur color of your WW resembles that of your character's hair color, or Khajiit fur color, argonians would be scale color.

After all this is just an opinion, so don't hate, apprecciate. If you got your own opinions I'm fine with it, second someone goes all arrogant and rude I'm going to pretend your post doesn't exist :p

Currently werewolves are balanced enough to make the ultimate worth 50 lol. My Soul Harvester does more damage and pops up more than werewolf form. A dragonknight's standard does more damage and pops up more. In PvP the cost needs to be efficient and the damage needs to be satisfactory. So definitely reduce the werewolf ultimate cost to at least 300, its not OP lol cause you can reach the same amount of DPS in your normal, optimized form.
