Error 334 (3:1:1097:0) Lost lobby connection.

Well, after purchasing the game, when I try to play I get the following message:

Error 334 (3:1:1097:0)
Lost lobby connection.

I think that it is a problem of the region/country where I am (South America, Argentina) and related to the ISP.

Temporarily the only way to be able to play is by using a VPN, with an average ping of 260, so it may generate a problem in the end.

(I tried every step from
"https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/52137/~/error-334---error-code---the-elder-scrolls-online"
nothing worked)

Game installed in D (NOT C drive because I have only 120 GB and I can't install this big game)
Not addons
Tried ProgramData reset
No antivirus or firewall that can block the game.
Already search the forum and google pages, can't find the solution.

Temporarily the only way to be able to play is by using a VPN, with an average ping of 250, so it may generate a problem in the end.

No answers on my support ticket so I want to know if anyone of you knows how to fix it.

    Unfortunately it didn't work. (ipconfig /flushdns)
    The only way at the moment is to play with VPN (+250 ms).. :'(
