I get hard CC"d cant roll-dodge or break-free, just simply have to wait for the ability to end. Is the "Slippery" slot-able in the new CP bugged?

It only happens when I'm running slippery in cp slottable, fighting out-numbered. The other times it happens is when its prime time and a ball group/zerg runs through me but thats always been there like you said.0
