ok so after having a second toon stuck in the spirit realm i decided to go exploring ...

i found in my documents eso file

a file called user settings

and discovered that colour correction was set to 1

so i changed to 0 and saved

i booted up the game .. logged into the effected toon to find it was still in spirit realm ...

checked the file which had now changed the colour correction back to 1

thinking on my feet i changed it back to 0 saved it and this time set it to read only ...

logged into my toon and it was now back into full colour

clearly the server is telling my computer im stuck in the spirit world everytime i log in because of the colour correction auto changing

but with the file set to read only u cant tell it anymore ...

this is a work around ... the server is still telling the user setting files im in the spirit realm but its not saving
