Don't get my end-of-campaign reward (Icereach, PC EU)

Hello, I'm in PC-EU and yesterday the Below Level 50 campaign "Icereach" ended but I haven't received any rewards up to now. Anyone encountered the same problem?

    I didn't get the reward either on PC NA. Right now the PvP leader boards are messed up so that is what is probably causing the problem. There is supposed to be a fix for the leaderboards coming in a few hours, Nothing was said about the end of campaign rewards. Not to big of a deal, all we missed out on was the trans stones.

    Well, thanks, I feel a bit relieved to hear that I'm not alone. So I guess I'd better wait until the maintenance finishes...

    Never got mine, either, and it seems this never got taken care of by the maintenance.

    UPDATE: I opened a ticket and after days of waiting I received a compensation of 50 transmutation crystals yesterday.
