None of the sets that can be obtained in Cyrodiil can be used in Cyrodiil.

Ok ok except grace of the ancients, but who is using that set anyways.
None of all the other sets obtained from rewards of the worthy, town vendors or crafting can be used in Cyrodiil PvP.
Therefore, it would be nice if Zos included the non-craftable, still usable sets in rewards of the worthy, so PvP players can get at least something useful out of them.

Which makes me wonder why essentially, with a few exceptions, every set you get in cyro is worthless. They should at least be PvE focused hardcore so PvE'rs have to come farm in cyro for their gear same as PvP players have to (or used to) farm gear in PvE land.4 -

I totally agree, that Rewards of the Worthy should be updated, though.

this is the problem. Performance issues persist no matter what they do. It's reasonable to assume the goal of ZOS is something other than improving performance at this point. And it's not going to get better for at least another six months because they aren't even going to try in that time frame.
