Is bomb blade viable in no-proc PvP?

✭✭Solo bomb blade, haven’t really seen any. But running as a bomber in an organized group is still viable. We don’t have vd anymore but we can still rack up a dozen kbs during a destro bomb with proxy and sap essence spam. I’ve done that on my magblade in the last three weeks.-
