Just turn Blackreach to Alliance locked and No-Proc

It is generally a very quiet and under utilized campaign anyways, so how about leaving GH as was, and make BR the no-proc campaign? You can alliance lock it as well and kill 2 birds with one stone. I believe this would make two viable campaigns to choose from depending on a players preferences and more evenly spread the load between the two, instead of GH being pop locked with a 60 min wait and BR being at 1 bar across the board.

You clearly don't play in Black reach. It is active enough and we enjoy the unlocked campaign. They should just make a different no proc campaign if that's what people really want but that's still stupid1

I play there almost daily. If by active enough you mean 1 bar while GH has a waitlist then... okay? There was a long wait late tonight on GH, on BR I think I saw the same 3 EP and 7 AD players time and time again... not exactly a hopping campaign on a Sat night.0 -

Blackreach is already empty except on Friday evenings, and that is mostly because a DC RP guild has an event every Friday with about 50 members. Last night as far as I could tell there were about 7 AD, 3 EP and 6 DC playing there total.
Basically, AD caps it at night, DC caps it in the morning and EP does what they can late afternoon and finding a battle is generally pretty hard. It is "mostly" folks capping resources to hit tier 1 on alts or just PVDing for AP, and the 1vXers who prey on them. The campaign needs some serious help.0 -

The other campaigns are for playing around with broken stuff, like, you know, people logging into different toons and handing their alliance the hammer, spying, and general lawlessness. Running crimson, a harb tank setup, or one of the various malacath proc combos is a profoundly u serious way of playing the game.1 -

They can. But now they are giving a answer to the players that hate procs. Have some streamers there that hat procs and they wana make this people happy to keep talking about the game.
The streamers hate the proc because they can't kill fast some pugs in their videos.
The voice of the minority speak louder then the majority here.

✭✭✭I’d do the opposite, keep gray locked with no procs for the people that care about the campaign and then blackreach unlocked with procs for people that just wanna boost and fight front doors and armor sets.
