Imperial City the place of procs
With the changes to Cyrodiil coming. Procs are disabled. So does this mean that everyone that hates the changes will flock to IC? Is IC getting another server to compensate this potential overload?
I am in favor of the changes. If Imperial City runs smooth. I vote to make the changes to Cyrodiil permanent. Just add or revamp sets to the list.
Or just spitballin add gilding to the game. Something like gilding sets to improve the bonuses by a percentage so instead of shackle breaker you'd have gilded shackle breaker 3000 stam and mag. You get it Sell the ability to gild as dlc make your money and buff everyone. Everyones happy.
Back to the topic at hand. I think the best divide is right in front of our faces and we didn't see it or I haven't seen it talked about. IC is quality PvP. No one would argue that. Proc PvP could be strictly IC and bgs. No cp and Cp Cryodiil no procs. Everyone is happy. ZoS can go balls to the wall insane add whatever set 5000 weapon damage for 15 sec everytime you see an enemy. Lock it behind dlc. Money in the bag. Players can't complain about balance. Because no duh procs. You don't even need a balance team. Then balance can be strictly focused on PvP Cryodiil. Cp and Non cp.
Imperial City will finally have it's place. No man's land. Where only the dirtiest of the dirtiest the baddest of the bad go. A place of joy and satisfaction and a place of tears and sorrow.
Let me know what y'all think is this the way? Could this be the future of ESO PvP?
