    They should have left the stamina regen alone, and altered the interaction between cost reduction jewelry enchants and channeled abilities. It's still possible to bring the magicka drain down to nearly 0 if you're willing to pay the opportunity cost (which is obviously less of an issue during a proc meta), you just won't regain resources from things like the Templar Rune anymore.

    Without any stamina regeneration being available, it actually encourages those of us who weren't "abusing" it before to stack more cost reduction in order to stay in Mist Form longer. If I'm going to eat a stun as soon as I exit the form - which is quite normal - and may not have enough Stamina in order to break free, my best course of action is oftentimes going to be simply staying in Mist Form longer and trolling around some LOS obstacles and such.

    And health regen builds in general need some nerfing, that shouldn't have been restricted to just Mist Form.

    I agree, however a blanket nerf to health regen wouldnt have been the way to go, add softcaps or something so anything above 2500 hp regen gets cut in half or something.. Dont punish the ones that enjoy having 1500 hp regen in their build.

    Its still absurd to think in era of major protection being 10% theres an ability that can cost essentially nothing if built correctly that mitigates 75%, of incoming damage, whilst being unable to be snared and CCd with major expedition. The ability to cycle mistform and just hold blockcast heals leaving you unkillable in a 1,2 or even 3v1 with some line of sight has been around for far too long. At least this means you actually have to be capable of some actual resource management to use this now. people screech about roll dodge however all incoming DOT is still ticking away and AOEs still hit, all that needs to happen now is for people that glue the block button down to incur something like a ramping cost in PvP and cloak to stop cancelling DOTs with them either pausing or continuing to work and the days of easy 1 button survival tactics are numbered.

    I am afraid that "no regen" may be not enough. I mean it is not a rocket since that people will swap cost reduction glyphs to potion cooldown and use Argonian potion passive... I mean poor lizards got nerfed again while they needed buffs... And now people that will abuse it will cause another nerf... :disappointed:

    I'm glad they got rid of HP regeneration on it, but did they really have to get rid of stamina regeneration to? It saved my butt so many times when I was in the stamina danger zone of not having a break free available, but I guess once I'm out of it I'm screwed. Add this in with the light armor block cost increase and this patch is going to hurt for my poor magDK x.x

    One of the best changes in a long time, already fought some people who were so reliant on Mist form for survivablity in PvP and they were WAY more killable than before, so good!
