Cyro tests moving forward into Q3

The tests initial purpose was to check to see if they had any impact on performance. For the majority of people they made no change or resulted in worse performance.
So why would you think adding this as a full time feature would be a good idea. Even if its just till Q3 (July august September ) why not just make blackreach or a new server and have it be no proc. If people actually truly like this environment more they will play in that server over the main camp rather than force everyone to abandon 90%+ of their sets.

The no proc environment was fun for the first week but the build diversity between people i fight and the lack of options i have to change things up between my characters is so lacking it has resulted in cyrodiil being incredibly boring to play in. Not to mention worse performance to top things off though not all the time we lack the tools to break up stacks of players and the cross healing being added back in only aids in these stacks staying alive for longer until they either die out or find a larger stack to wipe against.

The wait from now March till Q3 is far to long of a period of time to force us to play in a Test environment please think about putting this into a separate campaign till Q3 rather than forcing us all to play in this stale dull cyro. Imperial city and Battlegrounds are not viable alternatives to the cyro environment.

P.S. I'm not against no procs but currently we don't have enough variety in gear to keep things interesting and the game balance class wise puts most classes at a large disadvantage over others. Not to mention the large zergs we cant keep in check due to no counter anymore with VD gone greyhost is nothing but a giant ball of people slowly picking up momentum as the day goes on. With nothing to wipe them but a larger zerg

same. People talk about not wanting nerfs and they basically nerfed 90% of "paid for content" in the game for pvp use.

If was just nerfI could accept but it is a EXCLUSION.

I went to veteran dungeons, other players did vet trials for hours and before the transmute crystals we had to make the same vet dungeon or trial for months, years until get the right trait and now we can't use?

This is a completely disrespect with the players.

Just give us a campagn with proc and another without and we can still use our sets.

I just don't understand why people wana force others to play without procs.

Everybody should support the idea of the campaigns with and without procs, instead to just exclude it.

ZOS if you really are listening the community, please just make a campaign with and a other without procs.

My feedback, which once again was not asked for by ZOS, and Im sure none of us were asked.

This is seriously unfair, to treat as us labrats. I understand it needs to be done, but this is getting stupid now. They admit that it's actually worse, and yet going to do nothing about it until September. You encourage us to grind up sets for a proc meta you create, then you take those sets away - A lot of people paid money to get those sets and do content they normally wouldnt do otherwise. Shady business.

Im totally chill with running no proc, if it actually worked. It absolutely sucks and is a lag fest at all times of the day, even when you cant find anyone to fight. And taking away the double ap makes it worse, no reason for anyone to be in there.

I just love how when something breaks in pve land, it's all "Im sorry, here's another event or pet", what do us PVP'ers get? Stuff all. Absolutely nothing, not even a sincere sounding message, or an answer as to whether or not they will at least add in something else so we dont go crazy.

PVP has got the short end of the stick for years. They treat us like rats and we get nothing for putting up with this.
Should have been working with us half way and put a proc and no proc campaign, instead we are either forced to endure this boring, dull mess or go play something else. Pathetic.

Going to be sad to see how empty Cyro will be when they take away the double AP and people get bored of using the same 4 or 5 sets everyone's running now as the gear we ground for years and spent millons of gold on and paid hundreds of dollars to be able to access rots away in the bank. Plus we get to experience even worse performance for several months on top of it all.

Just when you think you've seen it all and can't imagine any worse decisions being made..... SMH

You know it's bad when even the most vehement -against- proc sets, would rather deal with them after experiencing that the dream was actually a lie. Never-mind the fact that performance has gotten worse, but it also became clear that the game has gotten so much power creep that actual raw stat meta is completely unfeasible. Even players that have no pvp experience or just play casually, are difficult to kill now because when you limit the pool to only like a dozen sets... it is -difficult- to build "incorrectly."

The biggest culprit is that no one is dying. So many times I have just watch massive zerg fights, and where before people actually died due to proc pressure, now it's essentially just a blob of a stalemate. The stat meta is a bygone era at this point. Back when 24 - 27k health was considered extreme. Now 28k health is the new minimum, and people can sustain 30k - 40k health pools. The game has been balanced around all these new sets, most of which use proc dmg, because the arbitrary sources of damage counter everyone's extended health pool potentials.

Keep the crosshealing on, turn procs back on. Let us have our actual game that we all payed for. There is nothing more absurd then having to look at an entire list of sets and 90% of them "excluded" from Cyrodiil. This is not the game anyone signed up for. THE DREAM WAS A LIE.

I have played ESO for many years now and this latest change really take the heart out of the game for me. I have enjoyed PVE and PVP but the majority of my community interaction come with running in Cyrodiil with my guild. By taking away the majority of the armor sets in Cyrodiil they have made the experience just plain boring.
I have worked hard to get my many different sets. Monster sets no longer work in Cyrodiil, the new Mythic items don't work, and the fun proc builds that I have spent literally hours getting to be just the way I like them are useless. I like the 12 man cap on groups, it helps the smaller guilds be more competitive and the cross alliance healing was an acceptable loss. But this latest test which they already admitted showed no results is complete BS. It was fine to do for a few weeks, but our entire guild was looking forward to getting back to our diverse builds on Monday and now we have to wait till SEPTEMBER! I only play ESO, I have other games but none hold my attention as much as ESO does, but this seriously makes me want to leave and never come back. The lack of build diversity is heartbreaking and just a bore. They said people liked the test? WHO? Point me to one person who liked it and I will fight them, jk. But seriously if anyone did like that test then lets make a new campaign that is No CP and no Procs. That way people can have that option if they want to play in a pure stat campaign. The only reason there were so many more people playing during this test was because of the double AP, and now you've taken away our only incentive to deal with the BS test. END RANT...

They have a really easy solution just implement a Non proc sets campaign. I do not understand why they didn't yet?

Because they know that it'll be dead after a week or two without double AP and everyone will be playing back on the proc enabled version. This is the only way they can force the rest of the cyro players to play with the minority who prefer to be stuck using 3% of the games armor sets.

I'm starting to think that they just wana make Cyrodill empty. So nobody will complain about lag anymore. Because if they keep this decision and don't give us a non proc set campaign this week, some thing is wrong and they just wana kill pvp slowing.

There were sets I didn't like, but none harsh enough to take all enjoyment away from the game. I feel like most of the people cheering for this change on the forums only have fun if they're able to win a fight wearing all greens without knowing how to block or dodge roll and not having to think about their opponent's actions (and no I don't mean casuals, who are good for the game). Some proc sets are really op. Balance those proc sets. It's not like they're the only viable sets in the game. The sets weren't invincible or necessary to be effective. They get nerfed, their users cry for a while, then they find a new build and go back to playing the game. Theorycrafting and build diversity aren't worth this.
