Problems with Essential Housing Tools addon? Downloads disabled?

TLDR: houses no longer open/hosting visitors, guest journal/book empty. My version isn't the latest but downloads are disabled?
I came into one of my homes today & the guest journal was missing.
I tried to summon it & was told I need to have my house open or hosted/ing & I had to run the exe or app from the EHC folder & it gave a link to watch a video on what to do.
That house was already open & I had published my FX too. I checked my homes list & the other two that I also had as open (& had published FX too) weren't anymore.
The EHC app was running in my taskbar. I had automatically updated all addons via minion before running ESO.
I restarted my pc, checked EHC was running but after loading the house it was still not open or hosting (& the 2 others still weren't listed as open) & after doing that & waiting for the reloadui when I summoned the guest journal it was empty!
Is there anyway to fix this?
I'm part of a guild where they were going to take a look at my house yesterday & I entered a bedroom in another house - into a contest - that was open/hosted with published FX too.
I had multiple entries in the guest journal/books but now I don't know who has visited, or if they were able to visit the non-primary ones or if FX were working either .

In the end, the solution was to delete (or rename) the community data file and redownload from the server, as the local file had become corrupt. This is a little trickier, now there are multiple community data files instead of just one.Houses on PC EU (newest first)70. I have 21 numbered CommunityData lua files (eg CommunityData1.lua) including one that's just CommunityData.lua & I suppose I could just move them into a new folder so that I would still have them if I need them but I'm unsure as to how I'd download it from the server?
Does it happen through the Essential Housing Community that runs outside of ESO & has automatic syncs?
Other people on esoui are reporting the same problem I have *but* also that they reopened homes & then hours later found that that they were closed again so I'm thinking it might be be best to wait & see if downloads become available again & for an update that might fix this problem.
After updating to the latest version, the guest book/journal still wasn't there but got a notification from EHT to rerun the EHC app again.
I quit ESO, quit the EHC app running in the task bar & then & ran the exe in the EHC folder & my guest journal/book is back (at least in one home - need to check the others) with all entries. I just had to re-open the other 2 home too.Edited by daemondamian on 21 February 2021 00:071 -
Sir Tanks a lot✭✭✭It looks like the patch notes mentioned something about upgrading those community data files.
Deleting the EssentialHousingCommunity\Community1-20 files and rerunning the app fixed it for me as well.0
