Can anyone point me to a NA campaign that is dominated by EP?

TESO needs a wardrobe system badly. Something similar to WoW's tmog system would make this game one of the best mmorpg out there!

Gotta love how badly the PvP is designed so that people just move to whichever Campaign their faction is dominating in. I moved from Auriel's Bow to Wabbajack NA as DC, lol. I don't care - I get 200 extra health and a bunch of other benefits in PvE and I can guest in a more balanced Campaign when I want to actually have a decent fight.

I'll stay on EP Wabbajack. I was going to go DC because I was under the impression they were going to be the underdog, but my guild really wanted EP because they liked the starting area better so I said whatever.

Luckily for me it worked out that I am the underdog and all the people who picked DC for the challenge are just zerging it up probably having very little fun as competitive players.

DC was out numbered then the AD / EP stopped showing up as much. Now I'm looking to leave DC wabbajack.

I will never understand the want of people to go to servers with less fights.

^^^^^ The REAL reason why campaigns are currently unbalanced, and will take weeks if not months to become balanced

'Hard core' players seek out campaigns where their alliance is the underdog,

'Band wagon' players want to push the easy button

with time the hard core from the three alliances will find each each other and play against each other on just a campaign or two - the struggles will be epic, the word will get out about the fun, and the band wagoneers will guest in it locking out the 'residents'

    D.

Edit: Note this isn't a jab at the OP - the OP just underscores the fact that due to campaign mechanics and the game being less than 3 weeks old, there will be a lot of fluctuation in population between the campaigns as folks try to find their 'home' and what works for their own playstyle

I picked DC for the challenge and actually have plenty of scenarios where there is a challenge.

Just depends on what server you pick.

The thing is, I would like to be able to complete most of the pvp dailies. But with DC in control of the map, you really cant do any pvp or pve dailies. I want to lvl up through pvp.

I ended up joining Auriel's Bow. Even though AD owns most of the scrolls, atleast the population is balanced there.

To me, it feels like DC in Wabbajack have more nocturnal players. I remember one day we (EP) took Blue Road, Sejanus, Aleswell, and expanding on outer keeps.

But then everybody kinda went to bed, and by noon the next day, DC had the map (I think they've had it ever since?)

If you're looking for a somewhat balanced fight between EP and DC go to bloodthorn.

All my friends that picked DC levelled to 50 before joining pvp, that's why DC was low on numbers the first couple days.

Vokundein is coming to NA Wabbajack for EP. We have 30-50 organized PvPers and have already claimed some scrolls while guesting. Looking forward to giving some heart and life back to the EP here!!

Looks like you left prematurely. EP owned pretty much everything this morning. Was a pretty even battle yesterday though

Does dc just stay up later? Last night when i went to bed around 1030 est, wab was locked on 2 factions and had full on the third. Doesnt really seem unbalanced. I was thinking about homing there since it looked fairly square. Being dc i dont really want ti go there if it is that bad.

Ofcourse one thing i did learn in gw2 it doesnt really matter how good your side is if the other side has a guild or 2 that plays the off hours and you dont.

Ahh just read that. Good to hear. A nice full campaign that is swinging back and forth. What could be better.

Wabbajack was much better this weekend. EP was out in force now if we can get AD some help this could be a really good campaign.

DC has a strong presence on Wabba but it's also the only campaign that they have the largest numbers in. It's where most DC player flocked since they were being dominated in virtually every other campaign. Skull Crusher has a decent showing of DC but that campaign flips daily. I'm certain the reason why the AD/EP presence is lackluster on Wabba is due to face that AD/EP players have Wabba set as their guest campaign. When they do show up however, they show up in full force. AD/EP are the dominate factions in pretty much every other campaign outside of Auriel Bow. They don't need to be dominate on Wabba as well.

I can say from an opposing realm look since AD dominated right at early release that it almost looks like they ran when they had someone to fight. Obviously not all of them but the ones topping the population off.

  • shimmyatwa_ESO
The first week or so AD had the numbers advantage and owned the map. Once DC made a push it seemed like AD disappeared. And the map was blue for way too long

I'm DC and homed in Wabba, so that is my only experience PvP so far.

While I would be willing to go to any other campaign, I don't think my boosted character will make much difference. And this past weekend, I felt like DC was getting their butts kicked by EP.

Our guild had a blast on the server the past weekend. Some really epic attacks and defenses against both DC and AD. So happy we found a competitive and relatively balanced server.
