In my experience the only things jumping actually does in pvp is one keep your momentum going when you get stunned and break fast enough you continue to move in the direction you were going if you got caught in mid air and two *** people off.

There is no real reason why jumping in fights is thing. It gives you no advantage, maybe only better aiming while playing ranged characters
But mostly it is by-product of eso's high apm playstyles, it helps you to keep momentum and stay sharp (at least for me)
It would be ok if they make jumping cost stamina or if it disables stam regen but until then i will keep jumping
I see these players jumping up and down and they seem to die just as easily as any other player. Unless, they happen to be a player that I know is really good anyway. Then they are hard to kill . But does jumping have anything to do with it?
I am pretty sure if you are trying to rush into a keep and are jumping, it does nothing. You still get hit by meatbags, oil and cold fire if you are in the red circle. I don't think jumping avoids, eg Shalks or blastbones or any procs.
Has anyone actually tested what skills area affected by jumping?
Or is it entirely a matter of getting out of the target reticle?
