Eso + not renewed, despite payment.

Got a confirmation yesterday that my Eso + (PS4 EU) was renewed and been paid for. But today I do not have Eso +. I assume the normal eso + should not be affected by the trial? Since I paid for it already?
So far I have logged off and back in a few times, and restarted. No change.
