What I'd actually like is for them to start allowing add-ons for console so we could all be equal. But, especially with how Sony is, that will never happen for Xbox or PlayStation.

THIS!!! I want to have some functions PC users get, since I am stuck on console since we'll never ever get to transfer our toons over! I want to be able to have a Guestbook that I can write in talking about my house, hidden rooms, things to look at and basically greeting people at my front door and they can sign it so I know who came in, it would be WONDERFUL addition to us console users who have NONE of the cool PC features!

    7) Sheets of paper/scrolls/books which will display whatever text the decorator enters with various font choice options so we can have letters or the the scrawlings of a mad wizard or whatever we like to contribute to the scene and story we are creating. I realize a potential concern would be people writing very inappropriate things, but inside ones own house is hardly very visible and I suspect such trolls would rather type it in zone chat or use their character’s name, etc. And such things can always be reported.

We still need expanded decorator privileges that allow a designated decorator to place items. I have never understood why this isn't implemented already, older clunkier games like LOTRO have it and there's no problem with item recovery, you just click the "return to owner" button on it if you don't want it in your house anymore. With so many people who are WAY into decorating and would like to collaborate with other designers, or guild leaders who want to let officers decorate a home they bought but don't want to have to be given/sent each item and put it in because they are busy, or married/dating couples who want to decorate a home together, this is an essential QOL thing. And I still refuse to buy Earthtear until my character can leave surprise flowers or sweetrolls or chickens in it for his spouse, and vice versa.

Minecraft you can toggle night and day... LOL

In Minecraft you set the time using commands/cheats for the server (all players). This is more a case of having your own instance inside your house so the time is separate from the server time.

I would like rimless window panes.
Like the ones my master crafter uses to build 'Display Case, Large'.

Edit: And I heard yesterday someone wish for an option to mute the animated music boxes. That, too.

I'd like some really large bones in varied styles, long and thin, long and fat, short and fat etc from various creatures. I think the biggest should be about the length of the moonlit cove bath/pool or even bigger.

Some of these will echo other requests:
    14. And, now, house requests:
    - RETURN 👏 OF 👏 HUNTER'S 👏 GLADE 👏
    - A home in the Crow's Wood or in a place styled after The Shadow Cleft in Clockwork City. I absolutely love everything related to the Blackfeather Court (still waiting on a merchant and banker as crows!) and Nocturnal. Love the witchy vibes of these areas. Please include a lot of land (feel free to densely pack it with trees and so forth), and either a small cottage or a kind of tumbledown tower.
    - A small cottage on a large plot of snowy land. Not an icy lake. Not with dwemer bits. The more obnoxious the snowfall the better. I want my cabin in the mountains aesthetic. 👌
    - A gothic seaside castle or tower, moderately sized (doesn't need to be massive). Moody weather with grey clouds and rain, the sounds of waves crashing, and gulls crying. Perhaps a beach with a little waterlogged cave. I feel like Rivenspire would be an appropriate location.

I mean, I want everything on your list - but 14 is perfect even on its own. I would buy a spooky seaside tower in a heartbeat. Especially if it wasn’t too big (just a couple floors is fine!) - but had a cool basement.

And Hunter’s Glade. It’s been so long.

Also - yes to clutter items.

Apart from houses that require achievements for purchases the others need to be available for purchase all the time.

Yesss! We're on the same page. Imagine if that basement had an interactive trap door (NO LOAD SCREEN) that was kind of inconspicuous. Great place to store vampire coffins, skeletons, contraband goods, treasure. Good for anyone with something they want to keep secret.

I agree, a couple or few floors would be fine. Enough to make living quarters and a laboratory. A big open balcony or skylight would be great for creating an observatory.

Hopefully it wouldn't suffer from some of the weird, restrictive room geometry that Shalidor's does. I'm referring to a lot of extremely narrow spaces that are hard to furnish around. I get the sense that we're meant to make greater use of the underground crypt area, but that has the opposite problem of being a huge cavernous space and also being a dank crypt. (Fine place for attunables, though!) I would also want the windows to be larger.

Yes. Our vampire friends need proper crypts in some houses. It makes sense (I guess) that there are none in the castle. That’s for vampires who don’t care to hide. But I like the tower because it can double as a vampire or thief house. Both need places to stash stuff.

And this comes back to Hunter’s Glade. If you ignore the portal to another dimension... it’s just a really great underground tower for werewolves, vampires, thieves, and Necromancers with moderate income to camp out in (:
