I wanted to play again at this game on the 29th of december and after downloading the game, I've got stuck in the Log In process where I had a message saying they would have send me an Access Code... It was making sense, since I was at a new address compare to the one I used to play the game, years back.
The thing is, I never received the email in question... And since then, I've followed every tips found on forums and what the Support Lady told me to do (I've created a ticket) and still to no avail... I'm presently on the step to switch my email to another one, but haven't hear of the Support Lady for 2 days now... Firstly, I'm really frustrated to have to create a new email JUST for this game to make it worth... I will most probably in the future forgot about it and will never be able to play this game again-> it's a bad design to come to this solution, imagine if every game would works the same.
Secondly, the Support Lady answer only each 2 days, making it a very long wait just to play a game, if I wasn't autistic and fixated on thing, I would have abandoned by now.
Thirdly, the information asked by the Support Lady to make sure its really me is really disturbing me, let me show you what she asked :
+ Date the account was created
+ City, State/Region, and Country where the account was created
+ Billing address used on the account
+ Last 4 of Credit Card number used on the account
+ Highest level character's name/race/alliance
+ Names of deleted characters
+ Complete Game Registration code
+ The answer (or best guess) to your secret question
+ Any guilds you are a member of
+ Gamertag / PSNID
The answer to the secret question, the last 4 digit of Credit Card number, the Complete Game Registration code and the billing address is all very important information that you would not want to tell by email!
The date the account was created, the Hightest level character's name/race/alliance, the names of deleted characters are all too precise information for anybody coming back to the game 6 year later to reminber at all...
When I'm referencing the "Support Lady", I mean the one that anwser me when I've created a ticket and that get registered in the ticket history and all, it looks very very official!
I've quite deviated from what I wanted to ask on this forum, sorry about that, my real question here is : Can someone from The Elder Scrolls Online staff please help me fixed my Access Code mail not being received issue in a timely fashion please? And I would really like to not have to change my email address, we never know when skeevers come swarming those orphan email!
