In the animation world if you have made or purchased a prop ONCE to obtain a secondary version of it you simple press CTRL and drag off the object/prop and a second duplicate appears.

It surprised me at first that after buying a tree I had "A" tree. 1.
So to put ten chairs round a table you have to buy exactly the same prop ten times instead of having already bought it.... duplicate what you just spent 30,000 gold on because it's the identical model..... simply duplicated. It's NOT another chair.
Can this be right?

If you place 10 chairs, those are 10 different items. 10 different instances of the same type of furnishing, each with their own position at least.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭If a carpenter get material to make 1 chair, then make that single chair, they can't just press the magical ctrl c and copy to get more. No, they will need to get more material and craft more chairs.
Same as if you go buy a chair at a furniture store you can't just copy it to get more chairs, you have to buy them.
