ZOS, Can i get my vateshran trifecta achievement as compensation ?

i reset the dungeon about 5 times and still died from same thing. i really try hard to get those achievement especially i play this game with 300+ ping pls ZOS and now i have to handle with more bug? this is not the only one i failed the achievement, theres more bug on last boss too. here's my screenshot and you can check my combat log i guess to get the prove.

    Why are you running content if you know it's bugged? Not like it's time-limited or something.

    A recent hotfix has resolved the issue affecting the Vateshran Hollows leaderboard so you may want to try going for the achievement again.

    no need cuz i never give up, after died from that fall damage about 10 times and reseting the dungeon about 10 times without my mistake, i got the achievement. thanks anyway
