Loaded up my game after todays update and made me link my account and after i did i lost all my characters and everything like i was starting fresh?

Had the same problem. Tried numerous times. Reset passwords, etc. Still won’t let me link.0

How do you get the ESO support to address issues like this. Sent support a ticket and reported at 9:42 am and still no response.0
