Daedric Artifact Hint?

This may just be flavor text, and in any event doesn't seem to be particularly spoilerish so I figured it would be save to discuss....
After returning the frenzied kwamaa workers to the mine outside Senie (however it's spelled) I noticed an Argonian (I think) named Trouble-Finder. Since I talk to everything that lives (making for awkward moments with the odd lizard or guar), I chatted him up.
I didn't think to write it down (I might have taken a screenshot; have to check that - it was late at night)... but I ~think~ he said he had a rusty old dagger and some crazy cultists started chasing him shouting, "The Razor! The Razor!" so he threw it in the river.
Now, if a Cultist started shouting "The Razor!" while I was holding an ~apparently~ rusty dagger, I would immediately think of Mehrune's Razor, a Daedric artifact.
Soooooo.... is this just flavor text to tease us, or should I start scouring every river in Tamriel for a discarded rusty blade?
