Error 200 NA server

When connecting to the NA server, it displays an error message error 200, the connection to the EU server works well, only when logging out, it reports error 201. Any advice on how to solve it?

NA server> error 200
PTS server> error 108> error 200
Added exceptions in antivirus program, fixed game data, windows defender off.0 -
