Can't interact with or edit "Volendrung Replica" item in my house anymore

Not sure what's happened, but i can no longer interact with (turn on/off) my "Volendrung Replica" housing item anymore. Also, once placed, i can no longer click on it to move it, no matter where i place it, and have to click on Retrieve in the editor to pick it back up again. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem, not sure how long this has been a problem?

Seems that there's an issue with a lot of furnishings now - including many of the tent furnishings - and I don't have the Volendrung Replica, but I know that the Surplus Siege Oil furnishing (or whatever it's called - can't log in right now!) also can't be picked up without using 'Retrieve', and can be walked right through.

I had this issue (on PS4) with one of my storage chests in Princely Dawnlight after I think the Greymoor update - no matter where I tried moving it to. I could interact with it in every other house.
Latest update with the precision editing has fixed it - apparently it somehow wasn't quite in contact with the floor, though idk how that changed, pre- and post-Greymoor.
You should see if that solves it for you.

Just adding that this is still broken, at least with Volendrung. Haven't tested anything else. Did a /bug on it too.

Yup, same issue for me as well
