ZOS give all EP characters 1 FREE faction change token. Make it a Nord festival activity.

ZOS give all EP characters 1 FREE faction change token.Make it a Nord festival activity. One time use and it can only be used by that EP character. The character would have to go to the starting zone city and talk to some character at the festival that you come up with and then they could use it for a limited time while the festival is active, like a week or something. If they don't use it then it would be gone.
It would help with the pop imbalance. Nothing against EP players. I have a few EP characters myself from back in the day. This festival could happen annually like all the other seasonal festivals, but it would switch to whatever the overpop faction is at that time. Obviously this would be for the main CP campaign.

xshatox✭✭✭✭Or create new char in different faction. Most player didnt know how to chose faction or didnt plan to and since people that play eso mostly come from skyrim and/or morrowind they chose nord or dunmer.

✭✭✭Very tricky.. sounds like some EP players were caught off guard. Didn't realize some players moved to different factions and now they can't PvP against NPCs only.

The main reason I left GH was because the lag was beyond horrific. Still likely won’t return for the same reason except for maybe one toon0 -

Altercator✭✭✭I haven't played in a week or so. EP was always pop locked. I didn't know some of the EP players already recognized the overpop problems and switched factions. Good for them for moving to other factions to keep some decent fights going.
Anyways, this isn't about winning and losing campaigns. I just play for the fights and the pop was getting really unbalanced at nights when I played. Like 20 DC and AD verses 200 EP or so. It didn't look much better during the mornings either.
I still think ZOS should do this periodically to allow over pop factions to sort themselves out for the health of the campaigns instead of relying on guilds to do it. Regardless, GG to the guilds who switched.1 -

✭✭the biggest issue with the imbalance is that most people wanna play as a nord, dark elf or lizard because skyrim's main races were nords, darkelves and lizards (and imperials but thats not an option if you dont upgrade) so people mostly gravitate towards what they are used to.
this is then making more people play EP because otherwise no nord, dark elf or argonian.
easy solution would be to FINALLY unlock any race any alliance for everyone and just give people the freedom to switch to what they want whenever (with a cooldown ofc) as the faction was is FACTIONS not racial wars.
playing all 3 story lines has multitudes of other faction races as allies so race tied to faction is total BS.
i mean even in the DLC the faction war seems to not apply at all.PLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread

Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.1 -

Hilariously, the smaller number of Ep that replaced them on Dc were The Best of Ep.
So we have the current wonderful situation, where in combination of the skill/strategy/communication/actual carrying of siege(!) of the new arrivals, Zos testing does not allow for one skill spamming by Ep hordes.
A perfect storm.
When the 12 man rule hits weekend prime time Ep's playstyle is really going to be tested. We're all thoroughly looking forward to Saturday. *raises glass to the devl team*
