Going in PvP (doesnt matter if battlegrounds, cyrodiil or IC) looks like playing counterstrike these days. There is a reason why we just see tanky builds or allways the same staminabuild on different classes. So a player, who like to play different just will learn how frustrating its now...
Most times you will be punished from any nightblade via range attacks... the other option is, that anybody with another stamina build is charching to you and before you see what happens you got allready dizzing swing a light attack, maybe dawnbreaker and execute (if you are not dead allready). Same time you got the damage of 2-3 proccsets.
Whats the fun to implement soo much damage in PvP while nearfing shields and healing to ground at same time? Yeah few classes got the utility to survive stuff like that, with high damage mitigation against nearly everything... Thats also frustrating, but i dont want to discuss about that...
If there is just no way for the devteam to create a good working balance, then pls inplement very OP sets just for PvP, that there is simply a way to create other builds as "the" Staminabuild or just tanky ones to survive everything. I want to play with different builds like everybody does. I want to see many different builds and to create tactics for also cool 1vs1 fights and also again 1vsX or something. This is also not really possible anymore, when you dont like to copy just the META...
