My guidmates and I have notice that most of the inside of the house and half of the outside will not let you interact with furniture or houseguest. You can't sit in chairs or talk to banker etc... alot of the area shows yellow with little patches of green. You cannot really decorate the house like this.

The house floor is on a very slight tilt to one side. Idk for certain but this may have something to do with it.

I thought it was just me at first. I have found 4 spots (all outside) that I can place useable chairs down on, nothing inside yet - the hunt continues. I also noticed this tread got buried under all the complaints about not having enough slots. *sigh* I'd be happy with the 600 slots if I can just set up my banquet hall with useable chairs/benches.

Does anyone know if the Devs are working on this? I think I remember a house release ages ago with a similar issue and it was resolved rather swiftly - or maybe that's just wishful thinking :P

    It's a free home, can't really complain.

Is it true that one must purchase and own Greymoor in order to get the house?

There is a reason the house was "free" and that reason was not based on good will. It was based on marketing and using an asset that did not make the cut for a purchasable item in game.

Do you have a source for that info? I have seen nothing about that.

It’s a nice home designed to show off your trophies. It comes with lots of tables and outdoor stone display areas too, plus it has a lovely waterfall and lake.

I suspect that later it will be for sale just like the Psijic Villa.

By that reasoning, the Psijic Villa would have been the same. Likely just an issue with coding that got over looked. Besides, it would be poor business to dish out something to your fanbase/consumers that is not fit for purpose - even if it is free - there'd be too much heat, especially with how vocal fanbases can get.
