Trying to buy Greymoor for someone else, time sensitive

Hey I'm trying to see if I can get something moving along before your sale on Greymoor goes off in a few days.

I'm wanting to buy Greymoor for a player in Turkey, meaning I pay for it and yall add it to their account. They are on PC and play through Steam.

I sent a ticket in, #200923-005848 Date Created: 09/23/20, and they responded on the 25th saying they could help me with that and asking which bundle. I replied but haven't heard anything since.

I need the sale price or I can't afford to do it and time is running out. Is there a way to see what's going on with this?

    I would think the easiest thing would be to gift them money to their Steam Wallet and have them buy the game at the sale price.

    That’s what we did for an oceanic guildie.

    Hold up, let’s digest this here. OP said that the support team contacted him about his ticket to ask some questions, and he replied. @ZOS_Adrikoth you’re making it sound like by replying to their questions he updated the ticket, putting it back to the bottom of the queue. I sincerely hope that’s not how it works.

    I can't. It won't let me do that for him because he's in Turkey. There is no option to convert to his currency. Turkey is very controlling of any money being sent in, they even block things like PayPal.

    I hope not too because after not hearing from them for four days I emailed again asking if this was still a go or is there a problem because I'm running out of time for the sale. I mean come on! I can't afford it if the sale goes off and the other player will be horribly disappointed. Is there no way to push this one up? I'm trying to give yall money here.

    Hey folks,

    To clarify, the comment above primarily referred to updating a ticket multiple times with multiple different responses. Doing this will delay the response time, which is why we ask that you only update your ticket as necessary.

    Of course if we ask for more information or have a follow-up question we will need you to respond back, but bumping the ticket several times over the course of several days will continue to delay the response time as referenced here.
