Hold up, let’s digest this here. OP said that the support team contacted him about his ticket to ask some questions, and he replied. @ZOS_Adrikoth you’re making it sound like by replying to their questions he updated the ticket, putting it back to the bottom of the queue. I sincerely hope that’s not how it works.
